• Part-time Operations role in a retail store team at South Coast Plaza
• Drive profitability and efficiency with the Operations & Visual Management team
• Execute key store operations tasks to support daily sales and guest experience
• Maintain store standards, stockrooms, visuals, and floor replenishment
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs
• Work in collaboration with store leadership to address process or system gaps

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift; ability to climb ladders safely
• Strong customer service mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
• Demonstrated business acumen with use of metrics to support strategies
• Passion for teamwork and aligning with company guiding principles
