Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Sportsmens Lodge

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory issues and escalate gaps with store leadership
• Support key ops tasks including shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor and product flow
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs
• Demonstrate business acumen by leveraging metrics to drive strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric sales and operations environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong customer service mindset
• Retail floor movement and floor set readiness
• Merchandising/visual standards awareness
• Team player with proactive problem solving and communication
