📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies with the store/manager to close gaps.
• Support shipments, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment.
• Maintain and elevate visual standards on the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests, team, and business needs.
• Leverage metrics to drive store performance and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in a client-centric sales and operational environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for an entire shift.
• Open to up to 30 hours per week for a part time role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Visual merchandising mindset and attention to store standards.
• Team player with adaptability and reliability.
