📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Support store operations with the Ops & Visual Management team.
• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards and product flow on the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guests.
• Assist in keeping the store clean, safe, inviting.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-centric sales and operational experience.
• Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable with constant movement around store areas.
• Passion for customer service and delivering great experiences.
• Strong business acumen; uses metrics to support decisions.
