📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate gaps
• Support shipments, receiving, processing, and replenishment
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and floor sets
• Move dynamically around the store to assist guests and team
• Collaborate with store leadership to improve operations

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in client-centric sales/operational env.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Attention to inventory accuracy and process gaps.
• Flexible part-time schedule; up to 30 hours per week.
• Interest in visual standards and merchandising.
