📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory issues; escalate gaps with store leadership
• Support operations: shipments, receiving, replenishment, floor updates
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Move dynamically on the sales floor to support guests and business
• Use metrics to drive business-driven strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric sales/operational environment
• Able to move constantly in-store
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated and team-oriented with results focus
