📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and root causes; escalate gaps.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business needs.
• Support shipments, receiving, replenishment and floor set updates.
• Ensure quick, accurate service to guests and colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-focused sales and operations.
• Experience in inventory control and stockroom ops.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand for long shifts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Part-time availability up to 30 hrs/week; flexible scheduling.
• Willing to work during Thanksgiving blackout period.
