Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Willowbrook Mall

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate root causes of inventory issues; escalate process gaps with store leadership
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess business needs and maintain visual standards
• Assist guests and maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficient store operations
• Collaborate with Operations & Visual Management teams to drive profitability and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-centric sales or operational experience
• 1+ years of experience in a retail or similar environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move throughout a shift
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and move around a store
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong collaboration and communication with store team
