Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
Investigate inventory issues and escalate gaps with the GM
Execute operations: shipment/receiving, transfers, replenishment, floor set updates
Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs

🎯 Requirements

Prior client-centric, sales and operational experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
Proof of right to live and work in the country from start of employment
Self-motivated with results-driven mindset and team player
