📋 Description

• Monitor site performance using key metrics and identify gaps.
• Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and implement actions.
• Deliver on-site training to store staff on SOPs including picking accuracy.
• Maintain documentation of site visits, issues, and actions taken.
• Perform basic hardware checks on store devices and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with store managers to ensure stock accuracy and efficient order prep.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with mobile/tablet applications and basic troubleshooting.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel across locations and spend time on-site.
• Experience in grocery/retail/delivery operations is a plus.
