📋 Description

• Maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
• Collaborate with Operations/Visual teams to run store ops
• Support shipping, receiving, processing, replenishment
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Assist budgets, expenses, inventory, supplies, and vendor relations
• Ensure safe stockroom standards and efficient operations on the floor

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in customer-facing sales/ops
• Able to move through all store areas
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg)
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist
• Weekend/holiday availability; 30 hours per week
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
