📋 Description

• Operate as a store team member to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Visual, and Operations Lead to initiate and complete tasks; provide
• Execute key operational tasks: inventory handling, receiving, processing, transfers, floor
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor and support floor sets.
• Partner with store leadership to manage budgets, expenses, inventory, supplies, vendor relations
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business needs and guest requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Client-centric mindset with 1+ year in sales, operations, or a similar role preferred.
• Willingness to move around all store areas; stand and walk for shifts; lift up to 50 pounds; climb
• Strong customer service orientation and passion for delivering great experiences.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results individually and as part of a team.
• Adhere to ALO principles and embody them in daily work.
• Availability to work weekends/holidays; FT (40h/wk) or PT30/20 (30/20h, 4-5 days).
