Assists client communications with mailings and e-delivery activities.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3-5 years in stock brokerage operations.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Access); run basic queries and reports.
Ability to learn approved AI tools and assist with user support and training.
Strong written and verbal communication; customer service mindset.
Organized, detail-oriented; able to manage multiple deadlines.
