• Serve as the voice of the Japan market, building deep understanding of local customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, operations strategy
• Strong understanding of the Japanese financial services ecosystem and regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business
• Experience translating business, operational, and regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and program management skills.
• Native or fluent Japanese and business-level English.
