📋 Description

  • Partner with the COO to streamline internal processes (SOPs, dashboards)
  • Maintain and improve tools to track deliverables, staffing, deadlines
  • Prepare leadership materials (status decks, metrics, agendas)
  • Track open actions across departments for accountability
  • Support compliance activities (insurance renewals, licenses, policies)
  • Assist with growth and capture management tasks (calendars, docs)

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2–5 years in ops/coord/contracts; gov contracting preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with ERP/CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to obtain a government security clearance
