Operations Client Partner

📋 Description

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client deliverables and services.
• Act as primary operational contact for clients; share updates and remediation plans.
• Coordinate pre-delivery quality checks and post-production validations for data accuracy.
• Manage operational incidents and escalations with Customer Support and Data Operations.
• Lead operational projects, including product enhancements and large-scale transformations.
• Build trusted client relationships and present updates, resolutions, and improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a client-facing role with ability to understand customer needs and drive actions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong client service mindset with operational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical or operational solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
