Operations & Client Success Manager

📋 Description

• Own client relationships from onboarding through renewal, acting as the primary point of contact
• Drive client success by monitoring campaign and content performance, identifying issues
• Provide clients with regular reporting, updates, and clear visibility into performance, priorities
• Build trusted long-term relationships, manage expectations, handle challenging conversations
• Create, document, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures across service lines and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Agency Operations, Project
• Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence leading client meetings, presenting updates
• Strong relationship-management and commercial skills, with the ability to build trust, retain
• Proven experience developing SOPs, implementing operational systems, and improving internal
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients
• Experience managing small remote teams while establishing accountability and maintaining

🎁 Benefits

• Salary: USD $2,500–$3,000 per month.
