📋 Description

• Own ongoing reporting obligations to licensing bodies, investors, warehouse lenders, and service
• Run the application process for new state licenses, warehouse lenders, investors, and service
• Maintain Kin Financing's policies and procedures so they stay an accurate record of how the
• Coordinate audits end to end and own post-audit remediation through closure
• Drive the review and approval process for Kin Financing vendor contracts in partnership with Kin's
• Document the processes you inherit, then refine them — once you know the work well enough to see

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1–3 years of professional experience in a role with recurring hard deadlines and external-facing
• A track record of accurate work in a context where mistakes carry consequences — filings, financial
• Ability to pick up unfamiliar rules, systems, or procedures quickly and get them right, asking
• Experience taking over work from someone else and running it without needing it re-explained
• Strong written and verbal communication with external parties like regulators, auditors, lenders
