🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience making decisions in real-time, mission-critical operational environments in
• Proven track record of high-judgment decision-making under extreme pressure, with a demonstrated
• Experience leading cross-functional event response in high-stakes environments, with clear
• Strong systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to synthesize live signals to maintain
• Exemplary communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to deliver crisp briefings to
• Ability to align network priorities with regional market realities and technical engineering
