Operations Coordinator

📋 Description

• Manage and plan the schedules arrangements of Quality Control and Compliance services in the EMEA
• Communicate with vendors, factories and inspectors for service scheduling.
• Plan and allocate the resources according to the service types, inspectors and auditors expertise
• Ensure the daily operational support to our inspectors.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English
• College degree or above, with major in Business Administration, Logistic or any specialty linked to
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage relationships with clients, factories and other QIMA departments.
• Ready to work flexible hours upon business needs.
• Problem solver mindset which turns challenges into solutions.
