📋 Description

  • Support day-to-day Learning & Development onboarding, training schedules, and development.
  • Administer and maintain internal systems and CRM; manage users and test features.
  • Coordinate operational support via shared inboxes and routing inquiries.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate across departments on operational projects and workflows.
  • Prepare operational reports and translate resources EN/FR for accessibility.

🎯 Requirements

  • Degree in Business Admin, Operations Management, HR, or related field.
  • Internship/co-op/volunteer experience in operations/admin is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent English and French; translate resources between languages.
  • Proactive, resourceful mindset; quick to learn new systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; CRM helpful.
