Operations Coordinator (Launch Ops)

📋 Description

• Supporting launch readiness through planning, coordination, stakeholder follow-up, and tracking key
• Testing and validating new products, features and workflows to understand the end-to-end customer
• Supporting Early Access and hypercare activities by monitoring performance, gathering feedback and
• Collaborating across teams including Product, Engineering and Operations to ensure operational
• Creating operational documentation and training materials, including process guides, FAQs
• Using feedback, operational insights and data to identify opportunities to improve customer

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in operations, customer support, project coordination, service delivery or a similar role
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex
• A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Curiosity, adaptability and enthusiasm for learning new products, technologies and ways of working
• Strong customer focus and an appreciation of how operational decisions influence the customer
