Operations Coordinator - Recruitment Day

📋 Description

• Operate daily ops across pools of 3-7 runners
• Clinic/Therapy: manage psychologist relations, onboarding, invoicing, booking
• Claims: process claims, monitor providers, ensure member experience
• Fraud: investigate suspicious activity, prevent fraud, build prevention methods
• Set up onboarding/offboarding and billing for customers
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Care and other teams

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years experience (internships count)
• Bilingual in English and French
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail
• Strong analytics skills; comfortable diving into data
• Adaptable and able to adjust to variable situations
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate to Paris
