Operations Coordinator - Recruitment day in Bordeaux

📋 Description

• Operate and improve daily processes in small runner pools (3-7 runners).
• Coordinate Alan Clinic/Therapy: psychologists, onboarding, invoicing, bookings.
• Oversee Claims: manage claims, monitor providers, ensure member experience.
• Fraud: investigate suspicious claims and prevent fraud.
• Set up: onboarding/offboarding and billing for customers.
• Collaborate with Eng, Product and Care teams across Alan.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years in ops, support, logistics (internships count).
• Passionate about delivering and optimizing operations.
• Strong analytics and comfortable diving into data.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and detail.
• Written and verbal English and French.
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate to Paris.
