Operations CSR & Shipping Document Coordinator

📋 Description

• Manage customer orders throughout the complete order-to-delivery lifecycle
• Create and maintain Sales Orders, Sales Contracts, order summaries, and other operational records
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with customers, carriers, warehouses, freight partners, and
• Manage carrier bookings, shipping cut-offs, vessel schedules, and related deadlines
• Monitor vessel shipments and railcar movements, including timely return of empty railcars
• Track warehouse activity and proactively identify risks such as late ingates, missed cut-offs, or

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in international trade, logistics, shipping operations, supply
• Practical experience managing international shipments and preparing/reviewing export documentation
• Experience with ocean carriers, freight forwarders, NVOCCs, warehouses, or other logistics partners
• Solid understanding of Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and related shipping
• Strong professional English communication skills, written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and confidence working with operational data
