📋 Description

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients with questions or concerns about pharmacy orders
• Coordinate with pharmacy partners to ensure prescriptions are processed accurately and fulfilled
• Monitor pharmacy operations and order status, proactively identifying potential delays or
• Work with pharmacy and medical teams to resolve order discrepancies, prescription-related issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, business, operations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or operations-focused role; healthcare or e-commerce
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a genuine focus on helping patients and
• Interest or experience in operations, including the ability to monitor workflows and ensure tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and a consistent approach to following up on issues through
