Define strategy, goals and budgets for live game services and labs.
Lead Implementation and Live Operations; unify Hawk-Eye and KinaTrax procedures.
Establish SOPs for installations, event logistics and remote support.
Develop scalable staffing to service 25,000+ games across leagues.
Own the operations budget and forecast inventory and spare parts.
Partner with Commercial to support onboarding and escalations.

🎯 Requirements

7–10+ years’ experience in sports tech or broadcast operations.
Lead distributed teams, build SOPs and manage complex scheduling.
Strong financial management; budgeting and vendor contracts.
Excellent communication and leadership; resolve escalations.
Experience operating camera-based tracking or broadcast systems.
Familiarity with MLB, MiLB, NCAA and international baseball logistics.
