Operations Director

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the annual budget, P&L, rolling forecasts, and project profitability in
• Oversee local liquidity, cash flow, payment prioritization, and banking operations in Romania
• Supervise internal financial administration, invoicing flows, month-end closing, and external
• Oversee commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs), risk mitigation, and corporate regulatory
• Provide crucial legal, pricing, and financial inputs for RFPs, tenders, and client engagement
• Supervise the end-to-end HR admin lifecycle, payroll validation, employee benefits, and workplace

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven operational leadership experience (e.g., Operations Director, Finance Manager)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and financial analysis within a
• Knowledge of IT commercial contracts and IT service delivery risks.
• In-depth understanding of IT service models (Solutions, End-to-End projects, Dedicated Teams).
• Hands-on experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and building pricing/margin models.
