📋 Description

• Define and manage core payment operations and KPIs
• Oversee fraud prevention and risk management strategies
• Analyze market trends to improve the payment experience
• Monitor metrics to drive KPI improvements
• Lead investigations of suspected fraudulent activity
• Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance or related field
• Advanced knowledge of global payment systems and regional rules
• Payment operations experience in tech/fintech/gaming is advantageous
• Proven experience in fraud, risk, KYC, investigations, and risk management
• Strong leadership and ability to build and manage a team
