Provide engineering support for SOCOM and Joint Staff cycles.
Train users on COP management.
Train users on OAI management.
Train users on CCIR, TADL, and other C2 systems.
Participate in COP, Joint Fires, Sustainment, Protection, and TADL Working Groups across AoR.
Analyze unit OT gaps and report to SOCOM; collaborate with GSSE leads.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 4 years of progressive technical experience in ops or intel.
4+ years in mission planning for aircraft weapons systems.
4+ years in navigation systems, tactical comms, and C2 platforms.
Development and execution of peacetime/wartime SOF missions.
Working knowledge of Joint and SOF operational tools and platforms.
Familiarity with mission command principles and support relationships.
