🎯 Requirements

• Analytical and detail-oriented; balance nuance with the big picture.
• Collaborative with SMEs to extract, clarify, and document processes.
• Systems-oriented; experience with documentation frameworks and CMS.
• Detail-focused; understands compliance, safety, and audit needs.
• 3-5+ years writing technical documentation in data center/ops.
• Proven track record creating SOPs and runbooks for technical teams.
