🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or engineering.
• 1+ years in engineering or operations/process development.
• Hands-on experience supporting cross-functional teams.
• Ability to code and develop production-level applications.
• Experience shipping real-world apps using large language models.
• Knowledge of LLM techniques: prompt design, evaluation, agent systems, retrieval.
