Operations Engineer, Applied AI (Application Software)

📋 Description

• Work with internal teams to design technical approaches aligned with goals
• Serve as the main technical POC, coordinating end-to-end with internal teams
• Build prototypes and PoC apps that illustrate integration with Spok/Grok
• Advise on system-on-system architecture and support teams in LLM-powered apps
• Keep current evolving LLM tech, best practices, and tools in fast-moving environments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or engineering
• 1+ years of experience in engineering or operations/process development
• Hands-on experience supporting cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Ability to code and develop production-level applications
• Experience shipping real-world applications using large language models
• Knowledge of LLM techniques including prompt design, evaluation methods, agent systems, and retrieval architecture
