Operations Engineer, Applied AI (Application Software)

📋 Description

• Work with internal teams to identify needs and design technical approaches
• Serve as main technical POC, supporting end-to-end with internal teams
• Build prototypes/PoCs showing how to integrate with Spok/Grok
• Advise on system architecture and help teams build LLM-powered apps
• Stay current on evolving LLM tech, best practices, and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or engineering
• 1+ year in engineering or operations/process development
• Cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments
• Proven coding ability and production-level applications
• Experience shipping LLM-based apps and AI integrations
• Knowledge of LLM techniques: prompts, evaluation, agents, retrieval
