Operations Engineer, Applied AI (Application Software)

📋 Description

• Design technical approaches with internal teams to meet goals
• Serve as main technical contact, coordinating with internal teams to ensure strong outcomes
• Build prototypes and PoCs showing integration with Spok/Grok
• Advise on system-on-system architecture for LLM-powered apps
• Stay current with evolving LLM tech, best practices, and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM/engineering field
• 1+ years in engineering or operations/process development
• Hands-on experience supporting cross-functional teams
• Ability to code and develop production-grade applications
• Experience shipping real-world apps using LLMs and ML tools
• Knowledge of prompt design, evaluation methods, agent systems, retrieval architecture
• Experience with AI product design, development, integration, or test
• Able to work under pressure with multiple priorities
