Operations Engineer, BizTech

📋 Description

• Manage ticket queue, prioritize requests; identify recurring categories to automate.
• Participate in rotating on-call and incident response.
• Build/maintain dashboards (Tableau, Superset, Grafana) for health and data quality.
• Use AI-assisted tools (Claude, Copilot) to speed triage and documentation.
• Write and maintain code to automate operational workflows (Python, Go, JS/TS, Bash).

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in observability/metrics tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Elasticsearch)
• 3+ years data querying/pipelines (SQL, Airflow, Trino, SQS)
• Networking fundamentals and hardware (Cisco, Palo Alto)
• Infrastructure as Code experience
• CI/CD and automation tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions) across AWS/GCP/Oracle Cloud
• Jira and Confluence in ticket/workflow-driven environments
• Salesforce/Workday and Okta experience is a plus
