📋 Description

• Manage incoming technical support tickets, prioritize requests according to urgency and impact, and
• Identify recurring incidents and repetitive support tasks, developing AI-assisted automation
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends, responding to incidents
• Build, maintain, and enhance monitoring dashboards using tools such as Grafana, Tableau, and
• Apply AI-assisted tools, including large language model (LLM) solutions and coding assistants, to

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience working with observability, monitoring, and metrics platforms
• At least three years of experience with data querying, data pipelines, or related technologies
• Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming or scripting languages, such as Python, Go
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Oracle
• Practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools such as
