Operations Engineer, Facilities (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Develop visual standards for work boards, JIRA, PowerBI, and workflows
• Drive continuous improvement through new processes and facilities initiatives
• Define metrics and dashboards to quantify operations
• Analyze data with SQL to identify trends for decision making
• Create reports, tools, and standardized metrics for improvements
• Develop automation to mitigate risk and improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 2+ years in engineering/operations/manufacturing or facilities (internship qualifies)
• Experience with Excel, SQL, or Python
• Data analysis, visualization, and cost-benefit analysis
• CAD software, Power BI, and JIRA experience
• Extended hours/weekends; travel; valid driver's license; lift 25 lbs
