📋 Description

• Troubleshooting Linux-based infrastructure or applications issues, escalating when necessary.
• Managing tickets by logging issues and assigning them based on priority and severity.
• Planning, executing, and communicating system and network maintenances.
• Engaging and coordinating with internal service owning teams to identify root causes.
• Estimating effort for your tasks and helping with prioritization and release planning.
• Keeping an eye out for active defects and communicating them early to maintain uptime and

🎯 Requirements

• US citizenship and physical residence in the US (required by federal government guidelines).
• At least 3 years of hands-on Linux system administration experience.
• At least 3 years of network administration experience.
• Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or similar languages are a big plus.
• Solid grasp of basic switching, routing, load balancing, and running operating systems or services
• A proven track record of juggling multiple tasks effectively in a fast-moving environment.
