Design production facilities and processes to meet multi-million unit/year output.
Own floor layouts, capacity studies, and product flow for on-time delivery.
Coordinate construction with internal teams and external contractors.
Develop and maintain schedules and budgets for capital projects; monitor progress.
Define high-volume production processes: MES, inventory, traceability, control, maintenance.
Act as SME in Starlink production enabling data gathering and troubleshooting.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, industrial, or other engineering.
1+ years in manufacturing or industrial project management (collegiate projects qualify).
AutoCAD or Revit experience.
Knowledge of SQL and database structures.
Understanding of lean engineering and Six Sigma concepts.
Experience with production automation and tooling.
