Operations Engineer, Supply Chain (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Identify, plan, and execute upgrades to materials management for production demand
• Manage material flow projects and communicate with stakeholders
• Drive improvements to increase inventory, on-time delivery, reliability, and reduce waste
• Anticipate material flow challenges, identify root causes, and develop solutions
• Develop and standardize key process indicators and operations metrics
• Pull and transform data to understand activities and build a business case for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
• 1+ year in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management
• Master’s degree in engineering or supply chain (preferred)
• 1+ year with CAD, SQL, BI tools (Power BI, Grafana) or analysis tools (Python/R, Minitab, Excel)
• Experience as an industrial/operations/quality/process/manufacturing engineer
• Proficiency with statistics, data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, and visualization
