📋 Description

• Lead hands-on performance improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Identify operational constraints with plant leadership and frontline teams.
• Implement sustainable process improvements to drive productivity, capacity, and efficiency.
• Scale operational excellence practices across a dynamic manufacturing network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to influence change at all levels.
• Travel significantly nationwide to support sites and deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing operations, operational excellence, or related roles.
• Track record delivering improvements in throughput, OEE, capacity utilization, and consistency.
• Experience with SMED, bottleneck management, centerlining, daily management systems, structured
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel; Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication; ability to influence across leadership and frontline teams.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range $135,000 to $165,000, depending on experience.
