🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Specialist III or top escalation resource
• Deep mastery of your sector's processes, escalation patterns, and edge cases
• Strong coaching ability to guide teammates in real time
• Experience monitoring live queues and reallocating resources during shifting demand
• Comfort interfacing with account managers and leadership on complex situations
• Track record of identifying process gaps and proposing solutions
