Operations FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Work with the FP&A Director and finance leadership on budgeting and forecasting.
• Be a trusted partner to CX, HPO, Product, and Engineering to run the business.
• Serve as the dedicated partner for CX and Health Plans operations teams.
• Manage headcount and expense planning with capacity planning.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from start to finish.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and board-ready reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights and NetSuite; OfficeConnect desirable.
• Strong knowledge of IS, BS, CF financial statements.
• 7+ years in a high-growth environment (tech or healthcare).
• Experience in call center management and workforce optimization.
• Strong AI skills with generative AI tools (Gemini in Google Sheets).
• Expert Excel/Google Sheets with financial modeling.
