Operations Generalist

📋 Description

• Own partnerships and vendor relationships end-to-end (GPU, cloud, APIs).
• Build recruiting pipelines, ATS hygiene, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Manage office, compliance, and legal systems; SOC 2 readiness.
• Drive partnerships from first talk to product/engineering launch.
• Set up and maintain the basic operating rhythm and future office plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Background in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or early-stage startup with autonomy.
• Desire to own initiatives and build scalable systems.
• High agency; proactive problem solving.
• Experience building systems from scratch: checklists, automations.
• Vendor/partnership negotiations experience (GPU, cloud, APIs).
• Strong written/async communication; good judgment on escalation.
• Passion for creativity and AI in creative tooling.
