• Own London market operations and growth
• Manage catering partners and B2B clients end-to-end
• Ensure orders run end-to-end with quality
• Be first point of contact for issues to be solved fast
• Identify opportunities and drive growth initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in London food/catering/events
• Strong London catering/event network
• Highly autonomous in a new market
• Excellent written, phone, and in-person communication
• Based in London or willing to be on-site
• Nice to Have: marketplace/two-sided platform experience; B2B account management or sales; CRM tools in startup/scale-up
