🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience in operations analytics, BI, or data analysis
Strong SQL skills and experience with large operational datasets
Experience building dashboards and reporting tools (Tableau, Looker)
Demonstrated ability to conduct investigations and identify root causes in operational data
Clear communication skills—explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to structure open-ended analytical problems
