Operations - Investment Operations (Asset Servicing & Reconciliations) - AVP

📋 Description

• Perform and Oversee asset servicing and the processing of principal activities such as drawdowns
• Book and reconcile syndication trades with third-party systems, and support the closers team in
• Coordinate with the Treasury team to initiate wire requests and manage participations held
• Reconcile cash and positions across all funds and collaborate with internal and external
• Well understanding deal workflow includes closing and other downstream processes
• Preparation of participation notices for the clients

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree or equivalent work experience required
• 10+ years of experience in similar roles such as Capital Markets Operations, Asset Servicing, Loan
• Experience in a multinational Financial Services organization and/or Private Equity preferred
• Effective communication skills, email-writing skills, and people-management experience
• Knowledge of loans, bonds, revolvers, loan syndication, fixed income products and participations
• Knowledge of strategies like Direct Lending, Mezzanine, CLOs, and Asset-Backed Financing preferred
