📋 Description

• Manage contract staffing, training, and performance to meet deliverables.
• Coordinate with the KO and COR on decisions affecting contract staffing.
• Establish priorities, track performance metrics, and support training on emerging tech.
• Oversee administrative, reporting, and compliance functions.
• Ensure full execution of the PWS, with delegation of responsibilities and oversight.
• Lead large, complex projects; analyze issues and develop effective solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS with 5+ years experience; AA/AS with 7+ years.
• Certifications: PMP and CISSP, or Security+.
• Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain TS.
• Experience working with the U.S. Army.
• 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA.
• Proficient with MS Office, data analysis tools, and PM software.
