Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Lead a team at a Flexdrive facility in Baltimore to achieve OKRs.
• Oversee fleet operations from in-fleeting to maintenance to decommissioning.
• Drive data-driven improvements to reduce out-of-service vehicle time.
• Hire, coach, and develop team members with regular feedback.
• Maintain vendor/partner relationships to optimize vehicle quality.
• Ensure site safety, security, and a great workplace experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years managing Retail, customer service, or vehicle rental teams.
• 3+ years managing hard assets in fleet management (car rental, FMC, etc).
• Experience managing vendors and partners; strong coaching skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.
• Dashboards, data, and metrics lover; ability to analyze market data.
• Valid/unrestricted driver’s license and insurable driving record.
